Milling

Milling is the 3- or 5-axis machining of a raw material plate. This method offers several advantages: precision, flexibility, efficiency and versatility for projects ranging from one to several thousand parts. We have a machine capacity of up to 6000x2000mm.

Turning

Turning is the production of revolutionary parts such as pulleys, rollers, spacers, etc. Turning offers great flexibility, from single parts to small and medium production runs. Our robotized equipment, with or without bar feeder, is adapted to all types of production rates.

Laser cutting

Mainly used for cutting PMMA, it offers the possibility of clean cuts without tool marks. The result is panels of impeccable aesthetic quality. This technique can be used for POP and/or displays, with the possibility of engraving for specific POP or industrial needs.

A global, specialized approach

We’re not just manufacturers, we’re specialists in finding the right solutions for every industrial need. Our teams provide precise technical advice to ensure that each project benefits from the most suitable and appropriate solution. Finally, we offer a range of part marking solutions to improve product traceability. Laser marking, engraving or printing – a range of technologies are available!

Industry 4.0 and advanced logistics

Industry 4.0 is at the heart of our approach, with intelligent, connected systems that optimise every stage of production. In addition to our technical expertise, we offer comprehensive logistics services, including buffer stock management (parts and components), implementation of Kanban systems and customised packaging solutions. All designed to ensure the reliability and flexibility of our customers’ supply chains.
