Plastic boiler making

COMAPLEX has expertise in all plastic fabrication techniques: cutting, machining, bending, thermoforming, welding, bonding, etc., enabling the design and manufacture of customised technical assemblies and sub-assemblies.

Our teams work with materials adapted to chemical, mechanical and thermal constraints to produce tanks ranging from 1 to 80m3, with single or double walls. Technical plastic tanks are perfectly suited to the transfer or storage of water, corrosive products, foodstuffs and chemicals.

We operate in a variety of sectors, including the environment and water treatment, nuclear power, the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, the agri-food industry, agriculture, research, and more. Each project undergoes an in-depth technical analysis to ensure the durability, safety, and compliance of the parts produced with operating requirements.

PLASTIC MACHINING

From design to production, COMAPLEX supports its customers in the machining of engineering plastics. Using 3D modelling, it has mastered machining and thermoforming techniques, including hot and cold bending, vacuum forming, deep drawing and draping.

POLYCARBONATE GLAZING

COMAPLEX also specialises in the manufacture of polycarbonate safety glass, certified to UN standards R43 and R118. Polycarbonate glass combines strength, optical clarity and lightness.

Our glazing can be installed on all types of vehicles, including law enforcement vehicles, agricultural machinery cabs, construction machinery, public transport, handling equipment, forestry and mining machinery.

All glazing (windscreens, side windows, roof windows, rear windows, etc.) is available in a range of colours, thicknesses and sizes.

SPACER AND SEPARATOR MASKS

Spacer and separator masks ensure the correct installation distances between different conduits, pipes and multi-pipe networks. Spacer and separator combs for dry underground networks are made of PVC, PP or PE, depending on usage requirements. They are designed for demanding applications in environments such as airport infrastructure, naval bases, urban planning and civil engineering.
