plastic boilermaking
AIRA’s plastic boilermaking involves the manufacture of complex plastic parts. Unlike traditional boiler making, which mainly uses metals, plastic boiler making offers advantages such as light weight, corrosion resistance and excellent durability.
Machined parts
AIRA is proficient in several forming techniques. Thermoforming involves heating the material to form complex shapes, ideal for panels, housings and mass-produced components. Plastic folding, where the material is heated and then folded, is used to create supports, partitions and channels. In addition to forming, AIRA offers a wide range of complementary services including machining, laser, engraving, bonding, welding, sheet metal working, painting, polishing, screen printing and pad printing.
